What services do you offer?

Furry Friend Care provides daily dog walks, 30 minute visits, potty breaks and cat & small animal visits. 

What areas do you service?

Holly Springs, Apex (27539), Fuquay-Varina, and Cary (27511 & 27518).

do you charge for a consultation?

No.  It is very important to us to meet you and your furry friend, to make sure both parties are happy with each other.  It gives us the chance to find out about them, their routines, and any medical problems.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes.  Our contract covers basic legal issues to protect both you and our sitter.

When is payment due?

For Daily Dog Walks and Potty Breaks, payment is due every Friday.  For all other visits, payment is due on the first visit.  We accept cash and checks.  For each returned check there will be a $25 charge.  If you wish to cancel we require 24 hours notice otherwise we will charge 50% of the total amount of visits booked. 

Will you keep my house key?

Yes if you will be using our services in the future.  All keys are kept in a safe place and they are not labeled with any of your personal information for security purposes.  If you need your key returned, there will be a $5 charge.

Why do you not advertise on your vehicles?

We do not advertise on our vehicles because we do not want people to know that you are away from your home.

Is there an extra charge on Holidays?

Yes.  There will be an additional $10 charge for the day (not each visit on that day).  Holidays are New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

are there any other extra charges?

Yes, there is and extra $2 charge if you are 5 miles from our pet sitter's home, and an additional $2 for each additional 5 miles. 

If visits are requested outside of our normal operating hours, there will be an additional $3 charge.

What are your normal operating hours?

Daily between 7am and 8pm.  We can accommodate outside of our operating hours but there is an additional $3 charge for those visits.

Do you provide any other services?

Yes.  We provide an Errand service, and Lawn & Plant watering service.
